Our hearts desire is to bring guests and friends together with regular worshippers in a special place to get to know one another and connect with Jesus 52:7

Morning Tea on Sunday is a great opportunity for volunteers to serve with love to anyone who wants a cuppa and a chat. We offer this before our worship services to allow people time to greet each other and enjoy the time of fellowship.

Newcomers Luncheon

We like to make new members welcome by organizing a social time (such as providing a picnic lunch in the park) when they can meet other members of Mountain Hope and share their family's story or ask questions about the town and Mountain Hope Church. We try to have these about twice a year so that new families moving into the City and looking for Christian Fellowship can experience a bond with our church members. We believe this emphasizes our mission "Connecting people to Jesus".

Friendship and Mission Support Functions

These are fun times together to help us to learn to appreciate the needs of others in mission fields at home and particularly overseas. Along with this, our aim is to raise funds for those called to mission and provide aid for those to whom they minister. In this process we enjoy fellowship with others and witness to the Love of God for all.
